He/she will keep track of when your flight arrives and go inside the airport sporting a welcome sign with your name on it. When you and the cab driver make contact he/she will then escort you to the baggage claim to help you retrieve any luggage you may have and help you get your luggage to the cab and load it for you. Once you reach your destination the cab driver will unload your luggage and help tote it to the door for you. The best part of all is there is no extra charge for this service. After all the Airlines may have forgotten what customer service is, but at the DBTC customer service is our pledge and guarantee. We provide personalized door to door shuttle services 24 hrs a day and can take you to Orlando airport (OIA), Sanford Airport, Jacksonville airport (JAX) or to any location you need in Florida or Georgia. Our highly trained cab drivers will be at your door as you request and provide you with a pleasant and safe journey.
